School bus seats allotted to the student

    Hi
I am to develop a school bus database. Total seats in the bus are 45

I have to reduce one seat when any student is allotted the student. At the end the system should convey a message “no more seats available”
    Can any one help
    Thanks
    Regards
    Jalal

Assigning seats seems almost like checking out a book from library. Look at the Lending Library template database http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...x=2&qu=lending library&av=all Might be able adapt to your needs. Or maybe a conference room scheduler or asset manager.

Otherwise, start designing. Review 'sticky' thread tutorials at http://forums.aspfree.com/microsoft-access-help-18/
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
