    Tables

I have attended classes on MS Access, a software worth trying, I wanted to explore its potential. I have created a bogus company and want to create a record keeping, updating, viewing and printing of its employees. Can anyone guide me how to go about.

If you have a question about a specific issue, post it and we will try to help. Otherwise, sit down with tutorials and work at it. Explore template databases. Do what the classes taught. Design data structure (identify entities and relationships), build tables then forms then reports.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Show us your tables and relationship diagram.

You may want to research Normalization and Entity Relationship Diagramming.

    (d) Medical category-medical id, blood group, category type, review date,
    (e) Next of kin-nokid,name of nok, percentage of share, relation
    (f) Sibling-sibling id, Name, age, sex, occupation, address, contact number
    (g) Wife details-Name, National Id, House No, village, block, district
    (h) Children details-name, sex, age, Qualification.

Adopt a naming convention that does not include spaces or special characters in names of fields and objects.

Here is a link to a site with lots of info on Access.
