    Password issue

    I have a database that was created in Acess 2003 and I now have it open in 2007...when I click a control button to run an update query it asks for a password..how can I bypass / change this

    Did this password prompt occur under 2003 version?

    Need to find and edit the code that invokes this behavior. Review the link at bottom of my post for a tutorial on how to debug VBA code. If the code is a macro, that is another matter.
