I want to create a questionnaire, questions gonna be condition based, if the answer to particular questions is yes then related questions will show and vice versa. For example: in the following questions 2 will not show if the answer to questions 1 is yes, question 3 will show if the answer is yes to question1. Enclosing my data file.
