    Working with Queris

    Hello evberybody,

I hope you help me with the small problem . I have on my job a big table in access called GARN and the datas have been uploaded into the table from Excel file. Now , I was given the task to remove the garnishment of broward county off this table to another table( that I created and called GARNBroward), but here is a problem .One record is associated with Broward County that it is in vendor filed. Second record associated with JJl delivery service( filed called JJL) and both have the same file number ( f . e 30004567893).I need to remove all Broward county and jjl serviced off GRAN Table , but I stuck here. I created a cross query that filtered garn for Broward County, but how can I create second query to filter jjl with the same file numbers that were filterd already in first query .
Thank you in advance for advice.
    The Best Regards,
    BorisGomel

Is the 'file number' the only information in the GARN table that identifies if a record is of 'Broward County' or 'JJL Delivery Service'?

Or is there some other piece of information in the table that tells you what is Broward County & what is JJL Delivery Service?
