Problem with password

I am trying to password a database.the help file tells me to go to "File" under "Info" and go to "encrypt with password"
This does not show up under "Info"



Any help?

You have to open database in exclusive mode.

Thanks, I just tried this, but I still don't see Encrypt with Password uunder the Info tab.

There are three applications under INFO: 1) sync 2) Application log 3) compact and repair

Like drvo said, you have to first open the database in Exclusive mode. Then you will find the option to Encrypt your database. It would look like the attached image.

You can change the method of encryption from Info -> Options -> Client Settings -> Encryption Method

This database is a published database on a sharepoint site. I think this is why it can't be encrypted. So how can I keep clients from opening the database. I want them to only see the forms.
