    Red face Tickboxes!

I have a number of Yes/No fields in my database.

Despite the Microsoft Office webpage suggesting that 'a check box is the default type of control that is created when you add a Yes/No field to a form or report'(!), MY unedited responses are presented as a '-1' for yes or a '0' for no!

Can anyone tell me what settings I need to edit to change this format and provide me with tick boxes, or even 'Yes'/'No' wording, please?

Thanks everyone - have a good weekend.

    Smile Resolved!

    Thanks for your response.
This was actually the article that I'd found misleading. However, having gone over it a couple of times since, it made more sense. I have removed the existing fields and replaced them with check boxes. All seems to work fine now (I was worried that the relationships I have in place would also disappear).
    Thank you.
