Question New record based on previous

    Hi All
I have a hot project and don't have time to do the research or write complex coding. I have records with multiple duplicate data in fields. I have a form with combo boxes to force proper data entry. It will help our input team to autopopulate each new record with the info from the previous record. They can then update only the different info. How do I do this?

    Thanks
    Zingrrl

Solved it with duplicate records button.

If you have fields in a table that are duplicated from record to record, you should consider creating a separate table for the duplicate fileds. See "normalization."
