Use a control button + textfield(s) to filter for alternative value

Good morning dear members of this board,

after receiving some very good advices the last time I had a question, I decided to try my luck again today.

I am trying to figure out, whether or not it is possible to filter by multiple values, that can each be substituted by each other, through the means of textfields and a control button.

E.g. Searching for all cars that are *red* or *blue*. This should then prompt me with a list of all cars containing either or both of the words in a specified field.

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks a lot in advance
