I am creating a Purchase Order form in access 07 and on my sub data sheet that contains the order details (i.e the products, price, and totals) and my totals row, I am trying to do 2 things:
1. I want to be able to take that subtotal (from the totals row on sub data sheet) and place that on the form in a field “sub total”



and

2. I want to be able to compute my total on the form in a field that will add the “subtotal” and the “freight” charge field.

How do I do this?? Please help!!
