Attendance Report

I have a form that is filled out every week for a church. The form keeps who attended by date.

Is there a way that I can run a report that will tell my who missed three weeks in a row.

If your report is to show who has missed the last three weeks, you would only need to base your report on a query of records showing no attendance in the last three weeks. If you are interested in reporting three weeks of absences in any time period, that might be more complex.
