Form SubForm Issues still

Main Form is SalesOrder SubForm is SODetail Query subform. The linking filed is SO#. Which is hidden on the footer of the subform. When I look at the tables the subform has the correct SO# as the main form. When I look at the form on the screen the forms are seperated correctly. however ,when I do a print preview ALL the subforms show up with each main form.

Yes, you forgot that forms are not designed for printing and you get limited capability for those. Use a REPORT with subreports for printing.

Well, you can start building the report by opening the form and selecting SAVE AS and select REPORT. That will at least get you started. It will likely need quite a bit of formatting work but it will be a start.
