Handling Multiple Selections in a List Box

Hello Everyone,
I have a List Box field which should enable the program user to select more than one element at a time from the List Box for a particular record. I have tried so hard to get this to work but it has not worked for me. I consulted Access 2000 Development, Page 343, yet I can't get this thing to work. Please if you have a clue help me out. Try not to throw out the clue just there, rather give me some fundamental steps that will guide me right.

What are you trying to do. Describe the exact problem you are having

I guess your issue is retrieving the values stored in the database. Its easy to store the selected items values in the database but to retrieve the data on listbox is bit tricky. If thats what you are looking for, the check the attached dummy database.
