    Multiple Queries and Reports

I have a Form that you can Input Dates into,

From these dates I have a Cross tab Query that returns the Number of hours a employee works per day and it sums it.

I also have a table with employee, job, event date, plus a few other fields, Also a query that draws from the same dates in FORM1 for events.

I am unable to include employee Hours with a report for events.

Included is the Database thou most fields wont work due a lot of the data base is drawn from a separate Program.

I also forgot to add that I am running Access 2003.

Did you try building report with Grouping & Sorting and summary calcs?

Zip file up to 2mb allowed as attachment to post. Copy db, remove confidential data, run Compact & Repair, zip if still large.

    Update

I am still trying to figure this out, I included the database in the original post, Any help is welcome.

All I am really trying to do is Look up the Total Number of hours a Employee Worked between Start date, and End date and Include that in my event report

Are you referring to the Event by Employee report? I have never done a report with a Crosstab query in the RecordSource.

Difficult to test when data is not available because of table links. You could import some relevant data to tables so we can better analyze. Don't think I can accomplish anything without the data.
