    Label report

    Good evening all,

Stupid question. If I select a label report, is it ever possible to have the report field or the page field span the entire width of the page while the label design is only a 1/2 page wide? If not, is there a way to create a regular report, but have two columns. I am trying to build a directory, and creating a label report I thought was the best way, but I am not sure anymore.

    Thank you

Not sure I understand your question, but maybe this info will help.

It is possible to have records print in a multi-column format. This is a property setting of report. I have done this in a label style report and in a listing style report. My label report prints 4 across (landscape) then down the page. The listing report (portrait) prints records of 4 fields into two columns, down then across.
