    Exlamation mark in Macro

I am using ACCESS 2010 and looking at an existing MACRO. I see an exclamation mark (exlimation point ! in the middle of trianlge with orange color) What does this exactly mean? The mark appear to the left of SetValue command. Would this mean SetValue is not supported anly longer in this version of ACCESS?

If you hover over it, it should tell you. It means it's an action that won't be allowed unless the db is trusted.
