Problems when i filter a query

    Hello

When i filter the records of any table using "begins with" or "contains" in the table, it works perfectly, but when i apply the same filter to the same records of the same table INSIDE A QUERY, the results sometimes are not correct. I get an error message "Enter a valid value" from time to time. Please let me what is going wrong.

Thank you very much in advance!

I don't have acc2010, but can you show a sample of the query that causes the error?

I´m trying to express myself better.

The query itself only selects the fields from 2 tables. I mean: all the records in each of these fields.
The problem happens when i apply a filter to the results of this query.

Please take a look at the video attached. It shows the whole process.

I´m gonna filter the query by using "contains" and i use the text "Certificate In Advanced English 4". This text is clearly there in the 6th and 7th records that are visible to you. But the filter action gives me an error message "enter a valid value".

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
