Pulling from Access into Outlook

I've been searching for almost an hour now and surprsingly can't find the answer. Hopefully it's because the solution is really simple and I'm just having a intellect lapse



I have a database in Access 2007 with about 400 contacts. I want to link up the table with my contacts into outlook.

I have seen ways to link outlook into access but not the other way around.

Basically I want my contacts in outlook to be pulled from my access database so that when we update our contacts in access it will automatically be updated in outlook and an import won't do that.

Can this be done?

Everything I've read says have to export to csv file then import the csv to Outlook. Once you have this Contacts folder established then create a link to the Outlook contacts folder to manage the records (add, edit, delete).
