    How to refresh reports?

Do I need to do anything to run my reports when they need to be refreshed? (I'm a new access user!)

    Thanks

What do you mean by 'refreshed'.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

All you should have to do is reopen the report. Unless the report RecordSource has some criteria that would filter out the new records. If you don't want to close the report between entering records, click the Refresh button on the ribbon.
