    Newbie Help with reports

Hi all, I am a real newbie and have only just started in the weird and wonderful world of access 2007.

I work in education and have have set up a database that allows users to input pupils names and comments. Pupils can have several comments from different staff at different times. I have a table that has pupilid, staffid, date, and comment fields.

I can report on all pupils but I am having problems reporting on individuals.

Is there an easy way to set up a report that allows a search for a particular pupil and then reports only the comments pertinent to that pupil.

    Thank you for your time

Several ways. The most common are probably basing the report on a parameter query and this:
