creating form problem

hey all,i have a probleme adding a button in form, to add a new client in table.it worked before.but now when i click button from tools bar , the button is inserted without showing wich operation will do ( operation for new record or operation for form...) how can i resolve or retrieve window assistant?thannk

It sounds like you have turned off the Wizards. On the toolbar with the Button should be a block with a wand and stars on it. Press it and try to add a button again.
