    Show "without" instead of "with"

Hopefully this is an easy one, I need an answer ASAP.

Basically I need a Query with 2 columns of records from different tables. One is "Req" and the other "ID"

If I make the query as I normally do, it will show me all "Req" with an "ID", but what I actually need it to do is to show me all "Req" WITHOUT an ID.
