    recovery ms access

    How do I recover a MS Access 2003 database file when error is displayed that


    the database could not find MsysDb?

    pls somebody help me ASAP..its my office database

    Start by *importing* everything into a fresh new db and see if the problem follows: http://www.btabdevelopment.com/ts/impnew

    database corrupted

    Thanks for helping,but it still cannot be recovered...when i tried to import the corrupted databse into new db..this message occurred (refer to the attchment) nothing happen..

    but tq for helping...

    So what is the chance you have a recent backup?

    Rural Guy...unfortunately i do not have any back up on my db,any chances to i recover back my db..i tried to do some recovery using ms access recovery tools software..but its a demo version software..i have to buy to get a full version of recovery..do you have any idea how to i get any recovery software for free

    Sorry, but I do not. You will have to weigh the cost of the software or service against recreating the db from scratch.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
