Unable to add a record on a form

Hello all! Hope someone can help me out with this.

I have two Access 2007 databases. One is just a lot of tables. The other is an application so to speak. It has a bunch of queries reports and forms.

Here is my issue. All of my forms but one are letting me add new records by pressing the new record button the recordset icon. I have went into the form and it looks allowedits and all those allow properties are true. None of the text boxes are locked. Is there any reason anyone can think of that it wouldn't be letting me add a new record? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

    Jami

    Update!

After some research I think my issue is that the query that was pulling the data for the form was non-update-able. I changed this by creating a table from the query. It now will let me update. Problem now is I can't see any of the previous records when i try and scroll through. Just says record 1 of 1. Any thoughts or suggestions?!?!

    Thanks so much!
