Access Toolkit

I am using access 2007
I used to have Toolkit on the menu when i clicked on the Microsoft round logo button on the top left
that has disappeared how do i put it back
I tried the add it to the Addin on the Com Add In > Go but it does not add it

Here is a picture after the Office button is pressed and I don't see a ToolKit anywhere.

The issue is not solved it does not appear in the Add Ins and not appear under the Office buttom

I'm sorry but I have Office 2007 and do not have anything like the [ToolKit] you described. Do you remember what sort of tools were in the Kit?
