Background runs beyond end of page

I am creating a report that then opens in print preview mode. The problem is right now there is a slight color background on every other row and it will run onto a second page even though all the fields are on one page. I have tried multiple things to get it to stop running onto that page. I am printing this in landscape so I don't want to have to throw away empty pages with just a few color stipes on it every time I print the report. Here is a sample screenshot of the problem.
