Form Combo Box assistance for Novice

Have created table and form from the table. The form has 4 drop downs to select specific items. I have added a textbox and am trying to get the selcetions from the drop down menus to appear in the text box to obtain a selection of character such as, CE/11/714/01 is this possible?
