Open form from one or more fields

Hi, everybody!

I am a newbie on the forum as well with Access. I have tried to search for an answer here in the forum and as i could not get any info i am trying to see if someone can help me out .
My Acces is the 2010.
I have created a form based with information from a table.
What i intend now is to have another form where i can perform a search based on 3 or 4 fields ( the search needs to match only one of the fields) and when hit the search button the correspondent form would open up with all the records in it both for consulting and edit information.

Forgive me my lack of knowledge on this but if someone could help me, i would be much appreciated.
