SubForm with bottons from Table

I have a Form where I will choose product category and them will show me a sub form. on this sub form I want to show the products from a table of category "x" but a need it as a "command button" in colun with information like "prod_cod;descri;" that I can use later, or when I click on it the information will fill a textbox.

well maybe I didn't explain right. I'll put some screen shots that will help. What Im trying to do is to creat a form that will show the data from table in text box or command button side by side because when I set the form "continue" it shows more them one register but it don't creat a new colun.
