Need some help on table design

Hi. I currently have a table set-up to show you the problem I have. Basically there HAS to be a better way to do this. I need to be able to sort the different "Fault" numbers... the numbers in the parenthesies are the amount of occurances. (or possibly an idea of a way to filter out a certain fault from those strings)
any help would be great
