How to get rid of query parameter in a report?

I have a report which I have modified. Originally the report contained start and end date parameters which the user typed in and were used as a filter on the reports query. I have now removed the "Between" dates criteria from the report but when the report is run a dialog box still appears asking for the start date. How do I completely remove these parameters from the report?

Do the parameters still show up in the record source of the report (i.e. the query where the report gets it's data)?

Is it possible to post your database with any sensitive data removed?

Oops. I found a text box with the parameter in question as its control source.
