Filter Combo box - Help

I found a sample filter combo box mdb in the internet and I want to apply it in my database. I did some modification to make it a field bound combo box however it only saves the ID's not the name (see tblData). I want the Store name (1st combo) to be saved on the Store field and the Manager name (2nd combo) in the Manager field (tblData). I already spen1 a number of minutes figuring out but no luck.

There is no reason to store anything more than an ID in a second table; in fact doing so violates rules of an RDBMS. A query that joins the two tables on that ID field will allow you to use any of the fields from either table as you wish.
