Insert a footnote created in form

I am updating a database that can be used by different companies. I created the logo and heading and this are now appearing in the reports and forms. If I change the logo in a form (note: only 1 location) the logo in all the forms and reports change as well. Now I need a footnote created in a form and should appear in the reports as well as other forms.

I need this to be in the form so that if this database is used by another company, the other company just needs to change the footnote and this will appear in the reports.

Thank you in advance for the assistance.

Sounds like you need a setup form which saves the text for the footer to a setup table. Then when each form/report that displays the footer is displayed it gets the text from the table. Or the menu system or a hidden form can get the data when your program loads and make it public for other forms/reports. If this table is in the back end, then you won't have to worry about software updates messing up the footer.
