    im sorry, this did not help me. Can someone look at my relational diagram i posted here to make sure it is the correct type of join to make the Instructors Information table the parent?

    I think if you open the Query behind your form you will find that you cannot change the fields. It will just beep at you.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
