How to create a invoice of my query?

    Hey,

Ive got a report i made with a query of my customers and producst they have ordered but i need to make a invoice (Yes, this is for college work)..

I am not sure wether there is a way to make a report look more like a report or if its worth it to use excel to make the invoice... Only problem that i need the information in the invoice to come straight from the database query, so i dont think i can use Excel or even word for this.. (Pretty sure word can do this, but i cant remember whats it called when you do this)..

Thanks for any help on this problem...

    Hi,

just set your query as recordsource of the invoice and adapt the layout, so it looks like an invoice.....

    example in attached picture

Yep, a bit of lay-out work, but then again in Word or Excel you would have to do some lay-out work as well.
