    Extra data

When I go to view my report I get a window asking for input "Table_Sum_All.SumOfCheques". In this report I am not references this item.

If I Click OK and leave it blank my report is displayed without any problems

In the Design view Window I do not see any reference to it.
any suggestions how to find it?

Is there a SQL View as in query design?

If you open a query in design view, you can then click on View ----> SQL View.

Clear the RecordSource of the Report and save it and then go back in and set it again and save.

It is on the Data tab of the Property Sheet for the Report. Highlight it and remembering what it is, delete it unless it is an SQL statement. If it is an SQL statement than press the "..." button and create a static query and save it. then clear the property and save the Report. Then go back in and select the query again.

From Design View, right click on the Title Bar and select Properties or just press F4.

Is it an SQL string or is it pointing to a query? Obviously you should only need to remove the reference to "Table_Sum_All.SumOfCheques" that is causing your problem.
