    Please help me

I work at the academic principal office in an institution. I work with student's Class score marks and Exams score marks using excel 2007. Students come to the office requesting for their individual print out class score and exams score marks. But excel can't automatically print out that expercially in a report form. AGAIN, i want to build a database for all the Class score and exam score for the various years of student. so that both past and present students can come for their individual print out report. PLEASE CAN ACCESS do that and HOW CAN THAT BE DONE.

I have attached a sample of the students class score and exams score marks.

Have you examined all of the templates that come with Access and those on the MS Office site as well? I'll bet you can find something that will come close to what you want that can then be modified. YES, Access can do what you want is the overly simple answer to your question.

    Yes, Access can do that.

Surely you have courses in Access at your institution. Perhaps you can take one. Or consider finding a student knowledgeable in Access and ask them to help you.
