Input not saving to amended form

frmCultivarPermitFileStore (Main Form) – used for document uploads only. I created a table, tblDocumentStorage to store document related data.frmCultivarPermitFileStore were using =[Forms]![FrmtblPermitInformation]![PlantID] to connect to a table, tblPermitInformation. What do i changed so that the newly added columns saves it data to its table?

The frmCultivarPermitFileStore is unbound.

Also the reference to frmPlants does not work as frmPlants is not included in the FE
