Please look at my existing form frmCultivarePermitFilestores_backup and frmCultivarePermitFilestores which i am amending.


What do i leave out in existing for to get the desired results without losing the functionality of the form or should i design it from scratch?

Implement structured document storage: Dedicated database fields for permit documents (PDF/Word)
Dropdown selection for document type (e.g., DHL docs, Phytosanitary, Import Authorization)
Bulk document upload feature for multiple related permits.

Open up objects with Fn + F11. Forms can be viewed by opening it in design view first and then form view.
