Imported Data not Showing in Final Report

I use Access to generate reports for a company I work for. The last time Access was updated was 2019 and the company that wrote the program is out of business. The problem is that the data for one type of service that is provided a benevolent, traditional funeral doesn't show on my reports. I can see that the data imported along with the the other cases for the month. When I receive the excel spreadsheet from the funeral home, I then have to assign each director their ID number to track cases, sales, etc. The ID number is correct and in the correct column. This happens pretty regularly and I don't have the knowledge to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

We don't know your code so how can we suggest a fix? Provide db for analysis (follow instructions at bottom of my post) or hire a professional consultant to fix.

    Is this a new service?
Possibly needs to be added to a table to be picked up in the process, if that is the case.
As this is a 'how long should my piece of string be?' question, best to upload enough of the db and say what this service is in the table.

Not a new service. Unfortunalty, I know nothing about Access so this was my best bet for support.

No, this is not a new service. I was handed this program to use and although I'm typically very computer literate, ACCESS is not in my wheelhouse. I don't even know what I'd need to include in my thread to help solve the issue. I can open the design view for the different buttons, but once I get there I'm lost. I can also see the relationships, but once again lost. The company that wrote the program is out of business and the gentleman retired. Thanks for your attempt at helping me. I'll try to find someone local to take a look.

Thanks, I don't know the code either. Access isn't in my wheelhouse. I also don't know what I'd need to include in the thread to possibly get help. I will try to find someone local.

You can obscure the data, if you ate concerned. I can supply a routine for that, but probably better to upload the dB and explain the issue exactly.

As suggested, provide db for analysis. And perhaps also workbook. Zip both files with Windows Compression.
