I use my own written program (in vba access 2010, a split database) with a member base, participations in events, payments, reservations and much more, has been working perfectly for years,

Is there a possibility, for example, to only put the data (BE) in the Cloud so that I can connect via my program in that way? Or putting everything in the Cloud and working directly in the Cloud, is that possible?
anything on the web has a cost so in part depends on your budget and in part the actual requirement

for BE on the web look at using sql azure or perhaps access dataverse. For both FE and BE on the web, consider terminal server or Citrix.

another alternative perhaps is to use something like Jump, TeamViewer or Remote Desktop
