No Rules Here?

Are there no rules in AccessForums.net? I've been here too long to remember if I agreed to anything. I tried to find a link or topic somewhere but came up with nothing. I frequent Mr. Excel and SubaruOutback.org (where I am a moderator) and can say that these sites have plenty of them, and I imagine so do many others. But not here?



I'm not referring to anything like "how to deal with problem posters" because I consider that a guide of some sort, although I confess I didn't follow it because it didn't seem to be what I was looking for.

Do you feel that rules are needed? I don't know what would happen but I've always assumed that inappropriate posts would be removed by moderators and that the poster would be given a warning.

I actually received a warning in March 2007 from "RuralGuy" (Administrator) although it was actually meant for someone else, Adam (ajetrumpet) I believe.

It just seems odd. Yes, there is something repeatedly posted that I know would not be allowed elsewhere because elsewhere it violates the spirit of acting as a community. Not going to post what it is. I think I'll just mark this one as solved and give up already.
