Last working day

Good day all,
I am trying to determine the last working day of a specific month. I found some samples on the web, but it is not what I am looking for.

I need to determine the last working (or weekday) day of the month. If I create for example a document on the 5th of January 2023, I need to determine that Tuesday, 31 Jan is the last working day.
If the document were created on 3 April 2023, the last working day (or weekday) would be Friday the 28th of April. That date must then appear on the document as the "Due Date".

You can use a Variety of functions to do this how ever the easiest is to determine the first of the next month then subtract days until you hit a working day.
