Question Copying table format to a form

Hello, I'm trying to follow this tutorial (https://youtu.be/CfbwDom5vdE). In the video I see that he made a form named FilmDS based on the Films table but I don't know how to copy that table format into a form. Anyone have any idea?

There are a few of ways to create a form from a table.

First though, Click on FILE, then OPTIONS (in the bottom left hand corner), then Current Database. Uncheck "Enable Layout View", then click OK.

Click on CREATE in the ribbon, then in the Forms group:
    1) click either "BLANK FORM" or "FORM DESIGN". There 2 buttons allow you to manually create/design the form. OR
    2) You can select a table, then click on FORM and Access will create the form and add controls. OR
    3) You can click on "Form Wizard" and Access will walk you through creating a form.

This is basic Access functionality... Have you read any books about Access?
