Exclamation Help with two SQL queries on 3 different tables

I have provided a Graphic of the logic flow I need to achieve. I think it is quite self explanatory. I am a rank novice in SQL

The file called Titan prod is a paradox DB file and the other two files "Active" & Deactivate" are Excel CSV files imported into MS Access 2007.

have you tried using the query builder? The syntax you have is incorrect and you can use a join rather than a criteria. There is a wizard you can use to create an update query

Better to copy/paste the sql you are using as text as it does not match your table graphic - your titan table has spaces in table and field name, your sql does not
