Post Submiting data to one acess or excel form, from multiple computers using easy user form

    Hello everyone,

Trying to figure out if it is possible to have an Excel or Acess form have data submitted from either a third party program or vba application that somehow connects to the access database using a userform, that requires login credentials.
I'm trying to have my contractors submit certain information into a specific order in either excel or access without me having to manually enter from paper. But instead setup a computer where they can login and submit data in text fields while need a login.

    Thank you,

Tried to be as specific as possible if its hard understanding I can clarify more, or if I'm even in the right forum section if you could point me to where I should take this post.

On the same network? You could certainly have an Access app that let users log in and then open a form that lets them enter data into your table. Might be possible in Excel, I have no experience creating forms in Excel.

Some of them are on the same network but some are not. Is there no possible way for off network conection to exist ? Would I have to rent a server or something along those lines ?
