Narrowing down the table by keystroke

Hi all first time user here looking for some help,

I have a form in which we put in individuals training, I'm looking to make it a little more user friendly. On my form there are 4 text and 1 date box. First, last, company, training type and today's date.

What I'm wanting to do is have a text box off to the side where when I start typing an individuals name in it automatically checks that key stroke against the table and then narrows down the table to see if that person's training is up to date.

Anyone have any idea how to accomplish this? Can this be done in a macro or a filter? Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

    Maybe use a combobox?

If you want 'find as you type' in textbox, review http://allenbrowne.com/AppFindAsUType.html
