How to edit a list in access

    Hi,

Normally I can Google any queries I have with Office programs but unfortunately not this time, can anyone tell me how to edit the highlighted list of medications at the bottom of the following screen print as it is very out of date, I'm not even sure what to call this function but if it helps, the list is only displayed when a cell in the "current drug" column is selected.

    Thanks in anticipation

Go to the Table that holds this field.
Then switch to Design Veiw, select that field, and look at the Properties of the field (especially the Lookup tab).
You should either see the items listed here, or a reference to another table that has them listed.

Note that you probably want to add your new ones, but leave the old ones out there, as existing data uses those values.
If you archive the old data out of that table, you could probably then safely remove the old options.
