    Datestamp Question

I "inherited" a database that did not include a field for when the item was entered into the log. I have added a field to capture the date going forward, but is there a way to retrieve and populate the date the existing old record was originally entered?

    Thanks Dave J.

    No afraid not.

Unless you have some other field(s) that data was recorded in or it can be worked out from.

Do you have daily backups going back, if necessary, many years?
Otherwise as already stated, its a no.
