I am using Access 2016 and creating some reports that will be accessing a table with possibly as many as 3000 records. I need to print out a one-line per record report. Therefore I need to maximize the # of records (or rows) per page to minimize the amount of paper being used. I have attached a word file (ZIP) with 3 screenshots where the first is the actual printout of a sample table. The second shows the properties of the "CAT Key Field Header" with the text boxes for the data. The third shot shows the properties of the Year data text box. I tried to set the data text box size at .15" but using a 9 pt. Font cuts off the bottom of the "y" letters so I used .155 (Access changed it to .1549"). I tried to set the height of the CAT Key row at .20" but no matter what I do, Access insists it can't be any smaller than the .2188" shown.
Is there any way I can bring the rows closer together without making the Font any smaller ?
